KVS ICT TECH FEST '15 REPORT

                    On 07th Aug 2015, An  innovative  programme KVS ICT TECH FEST’15  for  KVS Chennai Region was was hosted by Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ashok Nagar on 07.08.2015. This was in lieu of the ICT  Project spearheaded by Shri.  S.M.  Saleem,  Deputy Commissioner,  KVS Chennai Region, Dr. Uma Sivaraman, Assistant Commissioner, KVS Chennai Region & Shri. P. M. Prabhakaran Regional ICT Co-ordinator & Principal of KV Ashok Nagar. More  than  250  students  from  43 different  Vidyalayas  participated in various competitions like Logo Designa, Web Weave, Just Flash, Video Making,Debugging, Impromptu and Mathwiz. Shri P.R. Venketrama Raja, Vice Chairman,MD & CEO Ramco Systems was the Chief Guest for the Valedictory Function. Mr.Srinivasa Raghavan, Senior Director, NIC, Scientist 'F' delivered a talk on the "Role of ICT in Education". Shri. P.M.Prabhakaran,  Principal, KV Ashok Nagar who heads the ICT Project Committeelaid down his plans for the forthcoming years in integrating ICT with curriculartransaction. The day ended with the prize distribution ceremony.
